Summary of Service Offered
Parentline Plus is a secure and confidential national charity that works for, and with, parents. It works to offer help and support through an innovative range of free, flexible, responsive services – shaped by parents for parents. The free confidential Parentline is staffed by trained volunteers, all of whom have parenting experience. They offer information and support and the chance to talk through the issues facing parents.
Textphone is available for people who are deaf, hard of hearing or have a speech impairment. This service provides opportunities to get support on being a parent.
